GREENFIELD

Sandra Ann Clemons Braschler went to heaven on Sunday September 5, 2021 as a result of a tragic car accident. Sandy, a 14-year Greenfield resident, was born April 5th, 1960 in Logansport, IN to Elizabeth Barrett Clemons and Allon Neil Clemons.

She met the love of her life, Chris, in 1976 and they were married in 1984. Sandy had two children, Ryan and Jacob Braschler, who filled her life with stress, joy, pain and pride.

She was an active member of her church, New Life Christian Fellowship, and beloved by her church family.

She held a smorgasbord of jobs, a tax specialist, piano teacher, electronics store clerk and child support enforcement specialist. She finally found her true calling when she was 50. She got her master’s degree and became a beloved child and family therapist.

Sandy loved to paint, craft and bake in her spare time, and loved the perfect, tiny ice cubes from Chicago’s Pizza near her Greenfield home.

Sandy is survived by her mother Elizabeth Clemons of Murfreesboro, TN, husband Chris of Greenfield and sons Ryan of Durham, NC and Jacob of Madison, WI along with other extended family members.

In her honor and memory, donations can be made to The Seeing Eye Inc. of Morristown, NJ at www.seeingeye.org/you-can-help.

A memorial service will be held on October 30, 2021 at New Life Christian Fellowship in Fortville, IN at 3:00pm EDT with another planned in Murfreesboro in late December.
