GREENFIELD
Stacy L. (Graddy) Hicks, age 52, of Greenfield, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019. She was born in Fort Wayne on June 2, 1967 to Herman and Gwen (Hill) Graddy. She graduated from Greenfield-Central High School in 1985, where she was a cheerleader. Stacy married Robert Hicks on June 2, 1990 in Indianapolis.
She worked for NTN Driveshaft Inc. in Anderson for many years. Stacy was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. She enjoyed working out at Anytime Fitness in Greenfield, reading and listening to books. She always enjoyed bragging about her Hicksy Chicks. Stacy most of all loved being a Nanny to her grandchildren.
Stacy is survived by her parents, Herman and Gwen Graddy of Greenfield; husband, Robert Hicks of Greenfield; daughters, Ashley (Jake Townsend) Hicks of Greenfield, Alison Hicks of Greenfield, Abby Hicks of Greenfield, and Alexis Hicks of Indianapolis; two grandchildren, Colton Townsend and Kinley Townsend both of Greenfield; brother, David (Angie) Graddy of Greenfield; sisters, Cindy Miller and Amy (Brent) Robertson both of Greenfield; and many extended family members.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. Prior to the visitation at rosary service will take place at 3:30 p.m. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 4, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, 519 Jefferson Blvd, Greenfield, IN 46140. Fr. Aaron Jenkins will be officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
