Bigger than life, super funny, and beloved Samuel Kal-l Waikel “Mini Hulk” Teusch, 10, Greenfield, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 5, 2024. Sammy was born on February 21, 2014, in Fort Wayne, IN, to Samuel and Nichole (Hinkle) Teusch. Sammy attended 4th grade at Greenfield Intermediate School.

Sammy was a tremendously loving, laughing, encompassing, and accepting young man. He was quick to make friends, knew no stranger, meant no harm to anyone, never sat still, had the biggest heart along with the best smile. He loved to fish, play video games and play with robots, hike, jump into ponds, be in the great outdoors, and play soccer. At such a young age, he was well traveled across the world and accepted all cultures and ethnicities. He loved spicey food and relished when he got to choose dinner; always asking for spicey Ramen noodles. Sammy was loved by all, thoroughly embraced hugs, and had big plans for the future.

Sammy is survived by his loving parents, Sam and Nichole Teusch; awesome siblings: Tyler Mills, Trever (Rebekah) Teusch, Nicholas (Brooke) Toebes, Matthew Toebes, Makenzie Teusch, Oliver Teusch, Xander Teusch, and Scarlett Teusch; grandparents: Dallas &Cynthia Teusch, Vickie &Fred Blackburn, David Hinkle, and Jerry Pohlman; great-grandma, Shirley Sills; Uncles: Boyd &Amanda Teusch, David &Trudy Hinkle, Corey (Tristen) Hinkle, Jeremy Hinkle, Thomas Pohlman, and Johnathan Blackburn; already being an uncle at birth, he is an uncle to nieces and nephews: Bentley Teusch, Grace Teusch, Greyson Toebes, and Violet Toebes; several great-uncles; several cousins; and beloved cat, Timmy.
