GREENFIELD
Marcia (Crider) Robbins, age 82, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Springhurst Health Campus. She was born in Greenfield, Indiana on May 3, 1941 to Melvin and Fulia Crider. She graduated from Greenfield High School and continued her education at Ball State University. She married Erwin Robbins on June 6, 1964.
She worked for many years at the Greenfield Banking Company in the Mortgage and Loan Department. Marcia was a past member of the Greenfield Christian Church and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star since 1964. She enjoyed volunteering in the nursery at Hancock Memorial Hospital and was an avid Indy 500 and Nascar Fan.
She is survived by her nephew, Tim Crider of Florida; niece, Camilla (Bill) Walker of Virginia; great niece and nephew, Josh and Kristen; brother and sister-in-law, Bob (Jeanie) Robbins; and she was deeply loved and will be missed by her friend, Pattie Burk. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Erwin Robbins; and brother, Dick Crider.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 2:00 pm – 2:45 pm at Erlewein Mortuary &Crematory, 1484 W. US 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A graveside service will be at 3:00 pm at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
