GREENFIELD
Dennis A. Peper, 66, of Greenfield died Jun 19, 2022, at Roudebush VA Medical Center after battling a long illness.
He was born on Feb 1, 1956, in Corydon, IN. As a lifelong resident of Greenfield, he was a Greenfield-Central HS IHSAA 1973 Football State Champion, and loved IU College Basketball. He left home to serve in the US Air Force as a Heavy Equipment Operator, and upon returning to Greenfield he worked as a US Postal Carrier, and State DOT employee before retiring. He was a member of Brandywine Community Church.
Survivors include sons Jason and Justin Peper, and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Alva &Violet Peper, sister Delores, and brother James.
Services will be at 1400 on Sat 2 July in Greenfield at Brandywine Community Church. He will be inurned at the Crown Hill National Cemetery Columbarium, located at 725 W. 42nd Street in Indianapolis, Indiana 46208.
