Jane was deeply committed to her husband, children, and grandchildren. She was the matriarch of her family who everyone looked to for love, warmth, and acceptance. She was preceded in death by her parents and stepmother; husband, David Lee Eaks; and siblings: Dennis Howell, David Howell, and Kevin Howell.

The Eaks family would like to sincerely thank the staff and doctors at Witham Hospital in Lebanon, IN and Morristown Manor in Morristown, IN for their dedication, love, patience, and care extended to Jane.
