Ed Stoepler, front and center in gray and white shirts, celebrated his 99th birthday with family recently. He was surprised by a personalized Indianapolis 500 brick, noting the more than 40 Indy 500s he’s attended. A second one like it will be placed on display with others at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
