”Rooted’ class begins in February

FORTVILLE — Mercy Road Church Northeast will present “Rooted,” a 10-week Christian discipleship program.

It’s designed, according to a description from the church, to help participants “connect with God and the Mercy Road community.”

The weekly two-hour sessions meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays at the church, 611 Vitality Drive. Or people can attend via Zoom at 8 p.m. Tuesdays or 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays.

Cost is $30 per person and includes the study guide, group experiences, materials and a celebration dinner. Scholarships are available.

Childcare is available for nursery through fifth-grade children at $30 per family for the entire 10 weeks.

The celebration will be April 14.

Trinity Park United Methodist Church has a giving nursery stocked with new and gently used items, and the church wants them to be put to good use: wooden cribs, mattresses, toddler beds, strollers, pack n’ plays, bouncers, walkers, and more. Ministry provides donated furnishings to people in need

GREENFIELD — A furniture ministry out of Faith Baptist Church, 1489 E. County Road 600N, provides household furnishings to families in need.

Love INC works closely with the church’s furniture ministry.
