The Hancock County Health Department inspects restaurants four times annually and violations are determined as “C” for critical, “NC” for noncritical and “R” for repeated violations. The following inspections are based on information obtained from Retail Food Inspection Reports.

Violations found: C – need to provide health policy via paper or electronic access, review health policy with employees.
March 12
Wendy’s
Location: 2809 N. County Road 600W, Greenfield
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations found: C – sanitizer dispenser not dispensing sanitizer, need to mix manually; NC – no paper towels at hand sink by three-compartment sink, to be corrected by March 13; NC – water at hand sinks must reach 100 degrees and three-compartment sink must reach 110, need to have thermometers in all refrigeration units, to be corrected by April 12.
