ICAP funding for energy assistance runs out
GREENFIELD — Interlocal Community Action Program is no longer accepting applications for energy assistance because the funding for the program has been expended.
People who are in crisis situations with their utility bills can contact the agency for referrals to other resources. The number in Greenfield is 317-462-2557. People may also call ICAP’s main office in New Castle at 765-529-4403.
