Violations: C/R — mark working containers (spray bottles) with common name of chemical, corrected; NC/R — repair lights in kitchen storage area that are not working properly, repair flooring in kitchen so smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent, repair coving, clean floors in corners and under equipment where debris has built up, clean walls to remove splatters, to be corrected by April 1; NC — dish machine not up to temperature, to be corrected by April 1.
