Daily Reporter staff reports

GREENFIELD — Hancock County Extension Homemakers will sponsor two programs on Tuesday at the Hancock County Extension Office, 802 N. Apple St.

“Your Life Story” begins at 5:30 p.m., facilitated by Boone County Extension Educator Lisa Cangany. She will discuss the purpose of a life story, what it means to write a life story and how to get started on one. According to Cangany, recording and sharing a life story is important because it helps explain who we are, where we’ve been, how we got here, and even where and what we anticipate doing in the future. Cangany will share tips on how to write a life story with eight easy suggestions.

After refreshments, the second presentation, “Health, Happiness, Wholeness,” starts at 6:30 p.m. presented by Hamilton County Educator Susan Peterson. Peterson will discuss fun ways to reduce stress, communicate with family members of all ages and create a wholeness of overall health, whether you are a family of one or a family of many. The cost to attend is $3 for the evening. Reserve your spot by contacting Debbie Stucker at [email protected] or 317-861-5843.
