Violations found: C — expired baby formula, date-marking of lunch meat must have complete date-marking information, corrected; NC/R — repair/replace door jamb of receiving door which is deteriorating, repair/replace gap at receiving door, to be corrected by Oct. 1; NC — clean floor in walk-in cooler of deli to remove build-up/debris, clean ceiling vent of deli area, to be corrected by Oct. 1.
Gettinger Family Custom Meats

Violations found: C — must date-mark lunch meat after opening package with expiration date, corrected.
Woodland Terrace of New Palestine
Location: 4400 Terrace Drive, New Palestine
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations found: C — need to have employee health policy and reviewed with all staff throughout year, corrected; C/R1 — employees need to wash hands after touching soiled dishes and before touching clean dishes, corrected; C — meat loaf is overfilled on line cooler at 63 degrees, must label foods that are being controlled with time as public health control with time to be discarded, pooled eggs for breading, hard boiled eggs, sausage patties, must date-mark in-house made food products with correct discard date, cannot exceed seven days, corrected.
