Violations found: NC/R — clean floors around equipment legs, along edges where build-up is present, repair gap at back door, may need to repair floor damage for sweep to work property, to be corrected by Sept. 1.
Aramark at Elanco
Location: 2500 Innovation Way, Greenfield
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations found: C/R — dirty knife stored with clean knives, corrected; NC/R — protect lip contact surface of cups in customer service area, to be corrected by Oct. 1.
