Violations: C/R — sanitizing solution at three-compartment sink is a little low, corrected; C — spray bottle containing chemicals must be labeled with common name of chemical, corrected; NC — dish machine wash temperature must be at least 120 degrees, corrected; NC — clean wall behind three-compartment sink and prep sink to remove build-up, replace/repair caulking as needed, to be corrected by June 1.

Violations: C — shredded meat must be hot held at a minimum of 135 degrees, corrected; NC — hand air dryer in women’s restroom not working, corrected; C– hand sink in bar area not working, service called; NC — lighting in prep areas is not sufficient, to be corrected by June 1.
Penn Station
Location: 1667 N. State St., Greenfield

Violations: C — reach-in cooler to the left of sandwich oven too warm, to be corrected by March 8.
Ro’s Bar & Grill
Location: 1514 N. State St., Greenfield
