Violations found: NC — need thin tipped thermometer for thin meat patties, etc., to be corrected by Dec. 1; NC — need sanitizing solution test strips available and used, to be corrected by Oct. 15; NC/R — non-food contact surfaces of equipment need to be cleaned as often as necessary to prevent food build-up, clean interior, gaskets, exterior of prep cooler, containers storing lids need to be cleaned and sanitized, clean nozzles of soft drink dispensers as needed, to be corrected by Dec. 1; NC — clean dish room area and dish machine to remove excessive gnats, clean mop sink to remove gnats and mold-like substance, clean all walls to remove food splatter and build-up, clean floors/mats to remove food debris, to be corrected Dec. 1.
