Violations found: C/R – buttery blend is labeled that it must be refrigerated, corrected/discarded; C/R – cooked pasta and sliced deli meats need to be date-marked, to be corrected by Oct. 22; NC – need to clean floors in corners and under equipment to remove debris, also clean all containers holding food/spices, to be corrected by Dec. 1.
