FOOD SAFETY REPORTS

The Hancock County Health Department inspects restaurants four times annually, and violations are determined as “C” for critical, “NC” for noncritical and “R” for repeated violations. The following inspections are based on information obtained from Retail Food Inspection Reports.

Starbuck’s

Location: 2049 N. State St., Greenfield

Type of inspection: Routine.

Violations: NC — restroom hand sink needs to be 100 degrees, 180 days.

Qdoba Mexican Grill

Location: 2037 N. State St., Greenfield

Type of inspection: Routine.

Violations: NC — hand sink nearest three-compartment sink must get to 100 degrees, 30 days.

Subway, Walmart

Location: 1965 N. State St., Greenfield

Type of inspection: Routine.

Violations: C — no certified food handler, civil penalties could be applied, 90 days.

Two Sisters Cakery & Bakery

Location: 19a E. North St., Greenfield

Type of inspection: Routine.

Violations: NC — finish wall in cake decorating room, 180 days.
