Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations found: C — sanitizing solution not strong enough, do not use bleach with scents or thickeners, corrected; NC — need thin-tipped thermometer, clean hood exterior and grates, to be corrected by Sept. 1.

Wendy’s
Location: 2809 N. County Road 600 W, Greenfield
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations found: C — need to have employee health policy available and reviewed periodically with all staff, hand sink must not be blocked with equipment/utensils, cheese on sandwich line temped at 63 degrees, cooler by Frosty machine running warm, corrected; C/R1 — must clean and sanitize all touch points/timers every four hours if touching with gloves that have handled raw meat, corrected; NC/R2 — need thermometers in all refrigeration units, to be corrected by Oct. 1.
July 23
Indulge
Location: 10 S. Main St., Fortville
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations found: C/R1 — must date mark lunch meat, corrected/discarded; NC/R1 — containers storing spoons, forks, lids, scoops, etc. must be clean to sight and touch, to be corrected by July 25.
Huck’s Convenience Food & Fuel
Location: 322 E. Broadway St., Fortville
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations found: C — must have certified food handler on premises majority of operating hours, to be corrected by Sept. 15; C — when using time as control, product must be discarded when time has expired, all in-use utensils must be cleaned and sanitized every four hours, corrected; C/R1 — utensils/food contact surfaces must be sanitized immediately after cleaning, clean bay before use, to be corrected by July 23; NC — need thermometers in all coolers, to be corrected by Oct. 1; NC/R1 — clean interior of pizza cooler, freezer, clean doors and handles, remove debris/clean floors under syrup rack, walk-in cooler, to be corrected by Oct. 1.
