HCPL hosts puzzle swap

GREENFIELD – The Hancock County Public Library will host a puzzle swap throughout the month of February.

Bring gently used puzzles to either library location during regular operating hours throughout drop-off week, from Feb. 5-12. Puzzles must be complete (not missing any pieces), in the original box, and in overall good condition.

During pickup weekend, Feb. 16-18, exchange the tickets received during drop-off for a different puzzle. Puzzles may be picked up at any time during regular library hours and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The main library is located at 900 W. McKenzie Road, Greenfield. The Sugar Creek Branch is located at 5731 W. US 52 in New Palestine. No registration is necessary. Visit hcplibrary.org for more.

Mardi Gras fundraiser Feb. 9

GREENFIELD – Mardi Gras Bingo is coming to St. Michael Catholic Church and School as a fundraiser.

The event is at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 9. Tickets are $50 until Feb. 2 and $55 after. Reserve a table of eight for $450. Tickets include dinner, drinks and 10 Bingo games; extra Bingo sheets and daubers are available for an additional fee. Participants must be at least 21 to attend. Tickets may be purchased after any weekend Mass at the church or in the Parish office, 515 Jefferson Blvd., Greenfield.

Auction to benefit arts council

GREENFIELD – Hancock County Arts is hosting a “For the Love of Art Auction,” with online bidding now through the closing at a live auction Feb. 17.

Proceeds benefit the organization, which promotes arts in the community. Sponsor opportunities and donations are accepted through Feb. 10. FUSE to host casino fundraiser

GREENFIELD – Families United for Support and Encouragement will host its Casino Night fundraiser Feb. 23.

The event will feature a pasta dinner, games such as roulette, black jack, craps, Texas Hold ‘Em; prizes and raffles. Tickets are $50; purchase by Feb. 1 and save $5. Participants must be at least 21 years old. The fundraiser will be at Adaggios, 5999 W. Memory Lane, Greenfield.
