Leonardo E. Escribano, leaving the scene of an accident, operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Oluwatosin Odunayo Ikudabo, operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana.
