CARTHAGE
Dennie Wayne Norfleet, 62, of Carthage passed away Friday, February 10, 2023 at his residence. He was born November 19, 1960 in Rushville a son of Dennie J. and Barbara (Roy) Norfleet.
Wayne was a world class hunter. He loved being in the woods coon hunting and anything camouflage. Wayne enjoyed working on things, building race cars and could fix anything. He was a very generous and giving man who took care of his mother full time.
He is survived by his son, Bobby (Amber) Brown and daughter, Kasey Norfleet; grandchildren, Mason, Myles, Laila, Henry, Journie and Bella; mother, Barbara Norfleet; brothers, Todd Norfleet and Darin (Shevin) Norfleet; sisters, Cheryl (John) Wright, Jo Henry and Shelly (Bobby) Fields; special friend, Misty Beech and Ant.
Wayne was preceded in death by his father, Dennie J. Norfleet.
Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel with Rev. Gene Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in Harlan Cemetery.
