Michael “Scott” Donaldson, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 22. He was born into the world on August 19, 1970 to Clara &Jerry Donaldson, Greenfield, IN.

Growing up Scott loved Star Wars, Legos and jigsaw puzzles. He loved travel, scuba diving and a great meal &Madonna. He enjoyed television shows more than most, he consumed them and could very well be the inventor of binge watching. He spent time in New Orleans and came back Home Again to Indiana in the aftermath of Katrina. He had friends all over the country and liked to visit them.

He was very caring and loved others which lead him to pursue nursing. His most recent degree is in Nursing Informatics. His chosen profession of RN took him to many places in various capacities where he was able to touch lives.

He was the grandson Gerald &Isabelle Keesling (Knightstown) and Seth &Margaret Donaldson (Indianapolis). He is survived by his mother Clara Donaldson (Greenfield), Cathy Tribbey Keesling (Knightstown), a large family of aunts &uncles as well as beloved friends Carol &John Wurgler, Paul Wilson, Michele Harmon Coffey and her children Jacob &Jaylyn Coffey who called him Sock Tok as their beloved “Uncle”.

Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Greenfield, has been honored to assist Scott’s family and friends. A memorial will follow in warmer weather. In lieu of flowers and memorials, the family asks that donations please go to local animal groups due to his love of animals: Tails and Trails in Greenwood or Cuddle Me Cat Rescue in Indianapolis.
