Daily Reporter seeking photo submissions

GREENFIELD – Got a photo of cute kids enjoying life? A beautiful fall scene in Hancock County? Or a community event that needs to be shared?

The Daily Reporter wants to publish local photographs of life in our community. So instead of just posting it to social media, send it our way and we can feature it in our “Take Your Best Shot” section.

Email photos to [email protected]. Include your name and contact information, along with names of people in the photos.

Trunk or Treat participants sought

NEW PALESTINE – Woodland Terrace in New Palestine is seeking participants for an upcoming Trunk or Treat event.

Those who want to decorate their vehicle and pass out candy can email Chloe Ruling at [email protected] or text or call 317-964-1656. Participation is open to individuals, community organizations and businesses. The event is scheduled for 2-5 p.m. Oct. 30, with setup from 12:30-1:30 p.m. The free community event will include live music, face painting, a balloon artist, hay ride and refreshments.

Woodland Terrace is located at 4400 Terrace Drive, New Palestine.

Daniel’s hosting free family event

MCCORDSVILLE – Daniel’s Vineyard is hosting a free Halloween Party Family Concert from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12.

The event, part of the Fishers BeLocal series, includes music by Annie’s Jam as well as costume contests, balloon animals, door prizes and more. The vineyard is located at 9061 N. 700 W., McCordsville. Visit danielsvineyard.com to reserve a spot.
