HANCOCK COUNTY — There is a rolled over semi-tractor/trailer on I-70 westbound near mile marker 98 just West of SR.9. Westbound I-70 is completely shut down at this time. The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22.
