MCCORDSVILLE — Time to mark your calendar for the Public Safety Community Day coming in McCordsville. The event, open to the public, is slated from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 6 at the McCordsville Town Hall Park, 6280 West County Road 800N. Many family-friendly activities are on tap, and food will be available. A monster truck will be on display along with police and fire equipment, officials said.
