A Hancock County Sheriff’s Department deputy snapped this picture of a cold-air funnel cloud Sunday, July 11. It was seen between McCordsville and Fortville. Cold-air funnels do not touch down, and no tornado warnings were issued. These types of funnels are usually harmless, only last a few minutes and rarely touch down on the ground.
