GREENFIELD — New stop signs have gone up at the three-way intersection of McKenzie Road and Swope Street on the north side of the city.
Traffic moving east and west on McKenzie now must stop at Swope, which has become a major north-south detour for the State Street construction project. Traffic on Swope already must stop.
“Please use caution in this area while everyone gets adjusted,” the Greenfield Police Department said in a post on its Facebook page Monday, June 7, announcing the change.
