HANCOCK COUNTY — Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation is looking for invested members of the community to become an MV Ambassador during the 2021-22 school year.
MV Ambassadors are a supportive group of community members that attend eight meetings throughout the school year and learn about the inner workings of Mt. Vernon operations, programs, departments, schools and more.
This program and the Ambassador meetings being planned are conditional on any restrictions received from the state or county health departments for the next school year.
Ambassador meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. August through April, excluding December. They will likely be held in a different school location each month.

Anyone in the community is welcome to apply; you don’t have to have children in the school district to participate.
