INDIANAPOLIS — Gov. Eric Holcomb is directing flags across the state to be flown at half-staff in honor and remembrance of the victims of the mass shooting in San Jose, California, on Wednesday.
Per President Joe Biden’s order, flags should be flown at half-staff until sunset on Sunday, May 30.
