HANCOCK COUNTY — The Hancock County Children’s Choir will present a 10th anniversary celebration concert, “When You Believe,” featuring guest conductor, Jim Papoulis. GREENFIELD/NEW PALESTINE — Teens and tweens (age 9 — 18) can pick up a personalized stamp kit during the library’s open hours on April 26. Each free kit includes a wood block, foam shapes and two ink pads. The Take-n-Make kits are available at the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W.
