GREENFIELD — The Hancock County Veterans Service Office, located in the Memorial Building at 98 E. North St., has temporarily changed its hours to 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays.
The office assists veterans and their families in obtaining a number of benefits to which they may be entitled, including health care, disability compensation, pension and educational, financial and vocational rehabilitation assistance.
The reduced hours will be in effect while county veterans service officer Bob Workman works to fill an opening on his staff.
