New Palestine schools offer summer enrichment programs

NEW PALESTINE — The Community School Corporation of Southern Hancock County will offer a slew of enrichment programs for kids in grades kindergarten through 9th grade. The programs are open to all Hancock County students and include specialty camps featuring robotics, cooking, coding, book making, reader’s theater and the popular Camp Invention. Library offers macramé plant hanger kit

GREENFIELD/NEW PALESTINE — Teens can get their green thumb on with a Take and Make macramé plant holder kit. The kit contains a live plant and everything needed to knot a macramé plant hanger. Kits can be picked up during open library hours on March 29 at the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W. McKenzie Road, Greenfield, or the New Palestine Branch Library at 5731 West U.S. Highway 52, New Palestine. No registration necessary. One kit per participant. Enjoy presidential tradition in Indiana
