INDIANAPOLIS — A Greenfield man accused of federal crimes in the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January has turned himself in to authorities.

Israel Tutrow, 22, Greenfield, is listed in federal court documents as having been arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 27.

A warrant was issued for Tutrow’s arrest after he was identified in photos as having been inside the Capitol when a mob of Donald Trump supporters entered the building in an effort to disrupt the final count of electoral votes by a joint session of Congress. He faces four federal counts.

Joshua Wagner, a Greenfield-Central High School graduate, was with Tutrow in Washington, D.C. He was also charged with federal crimes and turned himself in to authorities on Jan. 26. Their cases are pending in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
