Buck Creek to audition for virtual “Miracle”
INDIANAPOLIS — Buck Creek Players will hold open auditions for its streaming production of “Miracle on 34th Street: A Live Musical Radio Play” from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 18 and 19. Auditions will be conducted in a safe and socially-distanced manner at the playhouse at 11150 Southeastern Ave. Auditioners must schedule an audition time at buckcreekplayers.com/miracle-on-34th-street-auditions.html. The directing team is looking for a diverse group of two women, four men, and one female child. All roles are available. Streamed performances will be held Dec. 12 and 13.
Annual talent search on for Circle of Lights
INDIANA — Hoosier singers, musicians and dancers are invited to submit a digital video audition for the Tom Wood Talent Search for a chance to perform in the virtual Downtown Indy, Inc. “Circle of Lights” presented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) 481. The holiday kickoff will be a special made-for-TV event seen exclusively on WTHR Channel 13 at 7 p.m., Nov. 27.
