Dine to Donate for Imagination Library

HANCOCK COUNTY — The Hancock County Community Foundation has announced numerous opportunities for Hancock County residents to support the Imagination Library through Dine-to-Donate events.

Sept. 14 through 18 from noon to 10 p.m., Libby’s Ice Cream and Gifts, 11 S. Main St., Fortville, will have a red donation bucket placed at the checkout to collect donations in celebration of the Imagination Library.

Sept. 14 and 15 from 3 to 9 p.m., Costa’s Grill, 1020 W. Main St., Greenfield, will donate 10 percent of the restaurant’s proceeds from food sales for the Imagination Library.

Sept. 15, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Lincoln Square Pancake House, 118 W. Main St., will donate 10 percent of its food sales to the book project.

Sept. 17 from 4 to 8 p.m., Jim Dandy’s, 80 W. McKenzie Road, Greenfield, will donate 15 percent of all food sales to the Imagination Library.

The Imagination Library program provides age appropriate books to all qualifying children who are residents of Hancock County. Books are delivered monthly to the child’s home. To donate online visit hancock.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/create?funit_id=1211.
