HANCOCK COUNTY — The Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation is launching a new program called the Mt. Vernon Ambassadors.
The school corporation is looking for about 25 people in the community interested in learning behind-the-scenes information about how the corporation operates. There will be a total of eight meetings staring in August and running through April, excluding December, on a Tuesday each month from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Interested parties can find the details about the program and the application at mvcsc.k12.in.us/ambassadors.
