HANCOCK COUNTY — An episode of a web series featuring a Hancock County farmer is now online.
"Returning the Favor," a Facebook Watch series, features Jonathan Lawler of Brandywine Creek Farms in its episode, "The Farmer Feeding the City." The episode is available on the "Returning the Favor" Facebook page.
Host Mike Rowe and his crew visited Lawler in November to surprise him after volunteers helped finish his grocery store ahead of schedule. Healthy Harvest Market at Brookside opened in an Indianapolis food desert at 2828 E. 10th St., where it aims to sell affordable groceries.
