Registration for Hancock Flat 50 open
HANCOCK COUNTY — Riders interested in the Hancock Flat 50 are invited to sign up by Feb. 1 before prices increase.
The annual event includes a cross-county bicycle ride and festival with music, food and drinks. Cyclists can choose between 50- and 25-mile routes.
This year’s event is at 9 a.m. Aug. 29 and starts at the corner of South Pennsylvania Street and North Street in downtown Greenfield. Registration is currently $40 and can be completed at hancockflat50.com.
This year, the event is partnering with Hancock Wellness Center to have group rides during the colder months at the center to participate in spin classes. Email [email protected] for free passes to participate. Check in on the Hancock Flat 50 Facebook page for times the group plans to meet.
