GREENFIELD — The 2016 homicide of a Greenfield woman will be the topic of a true-crime show this weekend on cable.

The Oxygen Network’s program, “Criminal Confessions,” will feature the case of Patricia Dresser, who was found dead in her home in October 2016. Police quickly identified a suspect, Spencer Spielman, who was found driving the victim’s car the day after her body was found.

In August of 2017, Spielman was sentenced to 50 years in prison.

The program will air at 6 p.m. today (Jan. 11). For Oxygen’s cable channel locations, see the TVWeek magazine in today’s edition of the Daily Reporter or consult on-air channel guides.
