Trine awards local student at STEM Symposium

ANGOLA – Graeme Basey, Greenfield, was one of three team members who recently won a People’s Choice Award for their Trine Research Project called “Novel Use of Electromagnets in Recapitulating Muscle Fiber Action." Other team members were Adam McHenry from Zionsville and Elijah Swingley from Albany. All three students are biomedical engineering majors at Trine University. The awards were presented at Trine University’s third annual STEM Research and Design Symposium. More than 150 students attended the event. People’s Choice awards were determined by attendees.
