Cougars take tri match
Greenfield-Central continued its strong start to the season Monday by shooting a 176 at Antler Pointe to top both Triton Central (203) and Rushville (229).
Caroline Gibson was the match medalist for a third straight match with a 37. Tandess O’Neal added her personal best with a 43 while Haley Hoagland turned in a 45. Katie Curry closed the scoring with a 51.
The Cougars play next at the Lapel Invitational on Saturday afternoon.
Dragons open with win
New Palestine opened its season Monday with a 186-192 victory against Greenwood at The Links.
Annaliese Fox was the match medalist with a 39. Izzy Gray shot 45. Megan Diller and Zoe Nelson each carded 51s.
The Dragons are next in action Thursday at Noblesville.
