CUMBERLAND — The Cumberland Express 5K Run/Walk kicks off at 8 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10 at the Cumberland Pennsy Trail near Meijer, 11351 E. Washington St., Cumberland.
Entry is $20 and pets are welcome to tag along. To sign up, visit eventbrite.com and search for "Cumberland Express 5K Run/Walk."
A timer will run during the 5K, but the event is not chip-timed.
The event was created to help raise awareness, support and funds for the Cumberland Metropolitan Police Department Mental Health CARE Unit.
