GREENFIELD — Two local businesses, Penny’s Florist and Ella June’s, are sponsoring a Ladies Night Out Fashion Show from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. June 5 at Greenfield Area Chamber of Commerce, One Courthouse Plaza. Advance sale tickets are $20 at Penny’s (1311 W. Main St.) and Ella June’s (13 W. Main St.), and $25 at the door. The evening event includes appetizers, a wine ticket, door prizes and a fashion show with apparel by Ella June’s and fashion jewelry by Penny’s. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Imagination Library of Hancock County as part of the Greenfield chamber’s ‘We’ve Got Your Back’ campaign.

INDIANAPOLIS — Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site is gearing up for the Wicket World of Croquet, which runs from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday (June 1) on the lawn at the Benjamin Harrison Home, 1230 N. Delaware. Attendees are invited to experience (or learn) croquet as it was meant to be played. Tickets range from $30 for the porch party to $150 to play. The White River Brass Band will provide entertainment, while Sun King Brewing Co. and the Goose Market will provide food and beverage. Attendees may register as a team of two for a leisure or competitive tournament that includes use of the equipment, drinks from Sun King Brewery and lunch from the Goose Market. This is a rain or shine event. Advance registration is required at bhpsite.org/events/wicket-world-of-croquet-2/. Proceeds from the event will help the presidential site share educational programs and tours with more than 18,000 children this year.
