GREENFIELD — Adults are invited to attend a free bike skills and safety session at 9 a.m. June 22 at the Greenfield Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) parking lot, 23 N. East St. Register to attend the hour-long program at greenfieldin.org/parks and select the Program link drop-down menu by June 14.

Buck Creek Players auditioning for "Trap"

INDIANAPOLIS — Buck Creek Playhouse will hold open auditions for “Trap,” a documentary thriller by Stephen Gregg, at 7 p.m. June 3-4 at Buck Creek Playhouse, 11150 Southeastern Ave. Director Cathy Cutshall is looking for a diverse group of two men, six women, and an ensemble of 11 to 15 actors for this production. All roles are available. Please be prepared to read from the script. Reading copies of the script may be purchased at playscripts.com/play/3122. Please bring resumé and headshot if available. “Trap” is scheduled for six performances, the weekends of Sept. 27 through Oct. 6. Yoga among the bones

INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana State Museum, 650 W. Washington St., offers an opportunity for yoga enthusiasts to relax at the museum. The $12 sessions meet for an hour each at 6:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. June 6 and 20 and 1:15 p.m. June 15. Each session will meet at the Indiana obelisk and move through different areas of the museum to take in the skyline, sunrise or view of the canal. Participants should bring their own mats. Wooden bow tie makes solid gift for Dad

INDIANAPOLIS — Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, 8452 Castleton Corner, will offer free Make & Take wooden bow tie classes on June 8 at 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. Participants can learn woodworking skills while handcrafting a wooden bow tie for Father’s Day. Each class will last approximately 45 to 60 minutes, and participants will leave with a completed bow tie. Techniques used during the class include work on the scroll saw or band saw, as well as hand sanding and finishing with tung oil. Cherry and walnut wood will be used to construct the bow ties, featuring inlay bandings and a velvet neck strap.
