NEW PALESTINE — The New Palestine community will hold the annual baccalaureate service to honor graduating seniors at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 30, in the New Palestine High School Auditorium.

The public is invited to participate in the non-denominational community service sponsored by area churches. Several clergy and lay people participate in the planning of the evening. This year, Steve Jones, Campus Pastor at The Caring Place in McCordsville and a New Palestine resident, will deliver the message.

A baccalaureate service is a religious farewell and blessing to the graduating senior class, honoring them in prayer and celebrating their achievements. The student-led worship service offers choral and solo music, and testimony.
