Sheriff’s association now offering memberships
HANCOCK COUNTY — The Indiana Sheriffs’ Association is inviting members of the community to join in the fight against crime.
The Indiana Sheriffs’ Association is a nonprofit, professional, educational and service organization. The membership program was instituted to provide citizens with an opportunity to lend their support of crime prevention, awareness programs and other initiatives.
Residents should soon receive membership applications in the mail. They also can be picked up at the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department, 123 E. Main St., or people can visit www.indiana sheriffs.org.
