Celebrate higher ed efforts with local group
FORTVILLE — A celebration of Hancock County Promise is slated for 9 to 10 a.m. Feb. 28. Hancock County Promise works to make higher education possible for Hancock County students by helping their parents establish a CollegeChoice 529 savings account and providing some seed money.
The breakfast celebration will be held at the Mt. Vernon Community School Corp. administrative offices at 1806 W. State Road 234, Fortville.
