GREENFIELD — The public is invited to “Regional Stellarbration,” a celebration of the Health and Heritage group’s designation this week as a 2018 Stellar Community.
Members of the lieutenant governor’s office and other state agencies will gather with local leaders from Greenfield, Fortville and Hancock County on Thursday at the global headquarters of Elanco, 2500 Innovation Way in Greenfield. The event will last from 10-11:30 a.m.

Also on that day, multiple vendors in Fortville and Greenfield will offer specials for customers, said Greenfield associate planner Jenna Wertman.
