CARTHAGE
Justin Dallas “Peanut” Locker, age 15, of Carthage, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital. He was born in Greenfield on July 7, 2003 to Rusty Locker and Mandy (Henderson) Locker. He was a sophomore at Eastern Hancock High School.
Justin played baseball for the Eastern Hancock Royals. He was an avid sports lover, especially for the New York Yankees, Notre Dame, Boston Celtics, and Seattle Seahawks. Anyone who knew Justin would know that he was full of life and always had a smile on his face. Justin also had a passion for history and was a WWE fan.
Justin is survived by his mother, Mandy Locker; father, Rusty (Amanda) Locker; brothers, Russell Wayne II Locker, Andrew Steele Locker, and Dallen Palmer Locker; sister, Shelby Gail Locker; grandparents, Russ (Gail) Locker, David (Toni) Roland, Mariann (Rick) Ricketts, Ralph (Anita) Henderson, Marion (Donna) Potts, and Tim (Tami) Hickerson ; uncles, Matthew (Lacey) Locker, Kevin (Brittney) Roland, Michael Ricketts, and Nathan Ricketts; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by several great-grandparents; and a great-uncle.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 16, 2018, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Park Chapel Christian Church, 1176 E. McKenzie Road, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 17, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Pastor David Oakes will be officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Carthage.
